Rapid Response Initiative (RRI) Makarfi
On the 8th of March, 2018, The Federal Government flagged off its second phase of the Rapid Response Initiative (RRI)
in Makarfi LGA, Kaduna.

Her Excellency, Aisha (Ummi) Garba El-Rufai, wife of Kaduna State Governor;
Honorable Minister of Health, Prof. Isaac Adewole;Hon. Muhammed Usman, Member, House of Reps, Makarfi/Kudan Constituency;
President, Ophthalmology Society
of Nigeria (OSN), Dr. Ayobade Ogundipe; and Dr. Rafindadi of OSN.
