Flag Off of Free Medical Outreach in Zaria
The National Eye Centre was at the Kaduna State Primary Health Care Centre, (Asbitin Kantoma) in Zaria GRA for the Flag off of Free Medical Outreach in conjunction with Doctors on the Move, Africa. The programme is the Federal Government’s efforts to bring medical care, including eye care to the grassroots.
Dr J. H. Kigbu of Doctors on the Move Africa, showed the leader of NEC team and CMAC, Dr. Thelma Ndife around.
The team later went to Saidu Dange Specialist Hospital, Nigeria Railways, Sabon Gari, were surgeries were performed on patients who were earlier screened by the team.
