NEC STAFF HANDBOOK
This handbook may be cited as THE NATIONAL EYE CENTRE STAFF HANDBOOK
APPLICATION:
- The provisions contained in this handbook will apply to all staff employed by the Centre.
- The provisions in this Handbook may not necessarily constitute a contract between the Board of Management of the Centre and the Centre’s employees and nothing in it shall confer on any employee a legal right to any of the provisions and Board of Management may at any time revoke, alter, add, subtract or amend the provisions laid down herein.
INTERPRETATION:
In this provision, unless otherwise required, interpretation would be made by the Chief Medical Director and/or the Director of Administration/Secretary to the Board of Management but any interpretation so made may be subject to an appeal by the employee to the Chief Medical Director/Director of Administration.
