CONTRIBUTION OF THE DEPARTMENT TO CENTRE
Legal Unit in liaison with Centre’s legal retainers represents the Centre in court. Due to the Unit’s advisory role, the Unit is represented in one Statutory Committee of the Centre, which is the School of Post Basic Ophthalmic Nursing, Academic Board. The Legal Unit also offers legal advice to the Management.

The Unit also prepared Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Centre in contract matters between it and
other organizations.
