The Directorate of Administration in the National Eye Centre, Kaduna, according to the approved organogram of the Centre comprises of four divisions namely:
Human Resources
Planning and General Administration
Management Services
Works or Maintenance
Heading the Directorate is the Director of Administration who supervises all the divisions. All issues that concern the effective functioning of the Centre are handled by the Directorate of Administration.
The Directorate performs its traditional role of providing effective staffing, training and staff development, cleanliness, security, discipline and general welfare of the staff. We provide convenient and suitable working environment, and staff motivation so that the Centre could achieve the mandate for which it was established.
