The National Eye Centre was at the Kaduna State Primary Health Care Centre, (Asbitin Kantoma) in Zaria GRA for the Flag off of Free Medical Outreach in conjunction with Doctors on the Move, Africa. The programme is the Federal Government’s efforts to bring medical care, including eye care to the grassroots. Dr J. H.
